Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number was sent to the email address you provided at checkout, usually within 24 to 48 hours of your order. Check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for an email from support@revorausa.com with your order number in the subject line. Still can't find it? Email us and we'll resend it right away.

Why isn't my tracking number working?

Totally normal. Tracking usually becomes active within 2 to 3 days of shipment. If it's been more than 5 business days with no updates, your package might just be in transit between carriers. Reach out and we'll dig into it for you.

My order is taking longer than expected. What should I do?

We totally understand the frustration, waiting is hard. Right now, deliveries are running about 1 to 2 weeks longer than normal because of current tariffs affecting international shipping. We're doing everything we can on our end to keep things moving. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of the ship date, please reach out and we'll personally investigate. If your package is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my package. What now?

Oh no, we're so sorry. That's an awful feeling. Before reaching out, could you try a few things for us? Take a look around your front door, mailbox, side and back entrances, and ask your neighbors if they may have grabbed it by mistake. Sometimes carriers also mark packages "delivered" a day before they actually arrive, so it's worth waiting 24 to 48 hours. You can also check with your local post office using your tracking number. If your package still hasn't shown up after that, email support@revorausa.com with your order number, we'll open an investigation with the carrier and, if your package can't be located, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. You shouldn't have to lose out, and we'll make it right.

My tracking says "returned to sender." What happens now?

Don't worry, this happens occasionally, usually because of an address issue or a missed delivery attempt. Once your package makes its way back to us, we'll reach out to confirm your shipping address and resend it at no additional cost. If you'd rather have a refund instead, just say the word and we'll take care of it.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

We can update your address within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, it's already in our fulfillment process and we can't make changes. If you just realized you need to change something, please call us at (859) 445-0389 right away and we'll do our absolute best to catch it in time.
